Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The App Stop, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Services & Consultations
All purchases of digital services, including but not limited to app development, design work, strategy consultations, and support retainers, are considered final once work has commenced.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
A written request is submitted to info@theappstop.com within 7 days of the initial payment.
No significant work has been delivered or initiated by our team.
The refund request is due to a failure on our part to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Setup fees
Discovery calls or consultations that have been completed
Custom development work that has already started
Third-party fees or licenses paid on your behalf
3. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
If you are on a monthly retainer or recurring service:
You may cancel at any time by providing 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once the service period has started.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Transaction fees charged by Stripe or any third-party processor are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend all services associated with your account until the matter is resolved.
