At The App Stop, we strive to ensure prompt and transparent delivery of all our digital services. This policy outlines the terms and expectations around delivery timelines and methods for all services rendered.

1. Digital Product & Service Delivery

All our services, including app development, UI/UX design, strategy consultations, and digital assets, are delivered electronically via secure platforms such as email, Google Drive, or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Jira).

Delivery timelines are estimated during the onboarding or project scoping phase and may vary depending on:

  • Scope and complexity of the project

  • Timely client feedback or approvals

  • Third-party dependencies (e.g., APIs, assets, licenses)

2. Turnaround Times

We aim to deliver the first draft or version of the requested service within the timeline agreed upon in the proposal or contract. Minor delays due to revisions or scope changes will be communicated in advance.

If we are unable to meet the projected delivery date, we will notify you with a revised timeline and explanation.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear and complete project requirements

  • Respond to feedback requests within the mutually agreed timeframe

  • Submit any content, files, or credentials needed to initiate or continue work

Delays on the client’s part may result in adjusted delivery schedules.

4. Delivery Completion

A service is considered delivered when:

  • All agreed-upon deliverables have been submitted electronically

  • The client has acknowledged receipt (or does not dispute delivery within 5 business days)

Once a service is marked delivered, it will be subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery Issues

If you believe the service was not delivered as promised, please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving it. We will review your concern and provide a resolution where appropriate.
